Your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM* ship the same day. Delivery in Denmark from DKK 45 to a pickup point or DKK 65 to your address. We also ship across Europe, to the US and Canada. Notabene Society members always enjoy free shipping.
Exchanges & returns
You have a full 14 day return period from the day you receive your shoes. Free exchange to another size or style - we cover the shipping. If you prefer a full refund, you cover the return shipping yourself. Simply create your case in our return portal and receive a QR code for your nearest parcel shop. Shoes feeling slightly tight? Send them back and we will stretch them for you free of charge.
Handmade quality
Every pair is handmade in Italy with deep respect for a proud craft passed down through generations of shoemakers. We have designed shoes in Copenhagen since 1997, producing in limited quantities so every pair lives up to our standards of quality, comfort and timeless design.
Manuel is a classic chelsea boot with the well-known elastic pieces that wrap around the ankle on the inside and outside of the leg. Manuel is an ideal companion for the Nordic climate with its coarse leather sole, the elegant and flexible suede and the design that cuts above the ankle, ensuring that Manuel, with the right care and maintenance, can be used all year round. The leather soles have been fitted with a rubber island and the heel made of leather veneer has a hard-wearing rubber sole on it to protect the soles. Manuel is created with an internal edge stitching and the insole is designed with an extra soft padding.
