Return
We make it easy to return your shoes with our RETURN PORTAL.
Please note that you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to initiate a return.
You can use our return portal, where you can easily create your case and receive a QR code, which you simply show at your nearest PostNord parcel shop.
In the return portal, you can choose from the following options:
- Free exchange – exchange for a different size or model completely free of charge.
- Return – send back with a QR code for DKK 70 and receive a full refund.
- Credit voucher – receive the amount as a gift card for later use on the webshop.
- Get your shoes stretched – have you bought a pair of shoes that are a bit tight, or do you have a bunion? Send them back to us, and we will stretch the shoes for you and send them back to you free of charge.
Simply follow the steps in the portal, and we will take care of the rest. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service at webshop@notabenecopenhagen.com.

For international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods. Please note that customers have 14 days from the day the item is received to initiate a return.
If you wish to return an item from abroad, you are responsible for the shipment and all associated costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as you, the customer, bear responsibility for the package until it is received by us. Remember to choose a delivery method with doorstep delivery, otherwise we cannot receive the package and it will be returned to you.

If you regret your purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. For the right of return and withdrawal to be exercised, you must have returned the item to Notabene within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item must generally be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it, and must be returned in its original packaging. If this is not the case, or if the item has been handled inappropriately to determine its nature, characteristics and how it is used, only a partial refund of the purchase price will be made.
Items purchased as pre-orders can always be returned or exchanged 14 days from your receipt of the item.
Please note: Customers placing orders outside Denmark must arrange and pay for return shipping themselves, as we do not offer shipping labels for international returns.
Notabene will refund the purchase price as soon as possible after we have received the item back. Notabene will only refund the amount for the returned item if the returned item meets the conditions for the right of return and cancellation to be exercised. Please note that if you have paid with Mastercard, it can take up to two weeks after crediting before the money is visible in your account.
