If you regret your purchase, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received the item. In order to exercise the right of return and withdrawal, you must either have returned the item or have informed Notabene at webshop@notabene.dk of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the item.
The product must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it, and in the original packaging. If this is not the case, or if the product has been handled inappropriately to determine the nature, properties and use of the product, the purchase price will only be partially refunded.
Items purchased as pre-orders can always be returned or exchanged 14 days from your receipt of the item.
Note: Customers placing orders outside of Denmark must handle and pay for return shipping themselves, as we do not offer shipping labels for international returns.
For international orders, it is the customer's own responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods.
If you wish to return an item from abroad, you are responsible for the shipping and all associated costs. We recommend that you use a traceable and insured shipping method, as you as the customer are responsible for the package until it is received by us. Remember to choose a delivery method with distribution, otherwise we cannot receive the package and it will be returned to you.

We make it easy to return your shoes with our RETURN PORTAL.
You can use our return portal, where you can quickly create your case and receive a shipping label that you simply need to put on the package.
In the returns portal you can choose between the following options:
- Returns – receive a refund of your purchase
- Exchange – exchange for a different size or model
- Voucher – get the amount as a gift card for later use in the webshop.
- Get your shoes blocked – have you bought a pair of shoes that are a little too small? Send them back to us and we will block the shoes for you and send them back to you at our expense.

Notabene will refund the purchase price as soon as possible after we have received the item back. Notabene will only refund the amount for the returned item if the returned item meets the conditions for the right of return and cancellation to be exercised. Please note that if you have paid with Mastercard, it can take up to two weeks after crediting before the money is visible in your account.
