Complaint

When you shop at Notabene.dk, according to the Swedish Purchase Act, you have two years' right to complain about defective goods. Should you be unlucky enough to receive an incorrect or damaged product during delivery, you must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.

However, it is a prerequisite for exercising the right of complaint that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

Please note that Notabene.dk shares stock with the Notabene store on Møntergade, which is why it may occur that products sold on the webshop may have been tried on by other customers. We do not perceive this as a shortcoming.
