We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible and within 2-5 business days. Our shipping company delivers between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Our delivery cost covers shipping, packaging, and environmental fees.

For delivery to a parcel shop, the package must be collected within 7 days - after which it will be returned to Notabene with a shipping fee of DKK 70, which will be charged to the buyer.

During campaigns such as sales and similar events, longer delivery times may occur. Should your item be damaged during delivery, the right to complain applies (see more under Complaints).

Orders with a delivery address in Norway, Sweden and Greenland are sent with Post Nord. We use DPD to deliver goods to all other addresses.

If you must have goods delivered abroad, we reserve the right to the conditions for local delivery. We therefore cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

We would like to point out that when placing larger orders, the following additional environmental and shipping fee is imposed, which is included in the stated price for delivery, which you see in the basket:

Orders over DKK 5,000 +25

Orders over DKK 7,500 +50

Orders over DKK 10,000 +75

Should your item be damaged during delivery, the right of complaint covers (see more under Complaints).

We would like to point out that notaben does not assume responsibility for any customs and VAT charges that may be incurred during international shipping of our products. Any additional costs in the form of customs, VAT, import duties or the like imposed by the authorities in the buyer's country are the buyer's responsibility.

It is important that the buyer himself examines and is aware of any customs regulations and taxes that apply to the importation of goods into the country in question. We recommend that the buyer contact local customs or tax offices for information on applicable regulations and fees.

By making a purchase from Notabene, the buyer agrees to be responsible for any customs and VAT fees that may be incurred when importing the products. Notabene assumes no responsibility for delays or problems that may arise as a result of customs or tax matters.

We encourage the buyer to be aware of the applicable rules and regulations regarding customs and VAT in their own country to avoid any unexpected costs in connection with the purchase.

If we have parts of your order in stock, we will ship them first. You will therefore be able to experience receiving your order in several packages. We do this so that you do not have to wait unnecessarily long for the product(s) that are in stock.

Please note that we usually only deduct the money for your order as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouse. But in the case of pre-orders, we will deduct the money for your entire order before dispatch, and there will therefore be a prepayment of the order.
