Your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM* ship the same day. Delivery in Denmark from DKK 45 to a pickup point or DKK 65 to your address. We also ship across Europe, to the US and Canada. Notabene Society members always enjoy free shipping.
Exchanges & returns
You have a full 14 day return period from the day you receive your shoes. Free exchange to another size or style - we cover the shipping. If you prefer a full refund, you cover the return shipping yourself. Simply create your case in our return portal and receive a QR code for your nearest parcel shop. Shoes feeling slightly tight? Send them back and we will stretch them for you free of charge.
Handmade quality
Every pair is handmade in Italy with deep respect for a proud craft passed down through generations of shoemakers. We have designed shoes in Copenhagen since 1997, producing in limited quantities so every pair lives up to our standards of quality, comfort and timeless design.
A classic pump created in black suede with a pointed toe and a slightly rounded opening with a suede covered heel measuring 7 cm. The inner sole has been given an extra soft sole, which contributes to the comfort of this timeless pump. The outer traditional leather soles have an applied rubber sole for added protection.
Carolina has been a key style in Notabene's Essentials collection for the past several seasons and is an absolute must-have in any shoe collection.
