Your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM* ship the same day. Delivery in Denmark from DKK 45 to a pickup point or DKK 65 to your address. We also ship across Europe, to the US and Canada. Notabene Society members always enjoy free shipping.
Exchanges & returns
You have a full 14 day return period from the day you receive your shoes. Free exchange to another size or style - we cover the shipping. If you prefer a full refund, you cover the return shipping yourself. Simply create your case in our return portal and receive a QR code for your nearest parcel shop. Shoes feeling slightly tight? Send them back and we will stretch them for you free of charge.

Every pair is handmade in Italy with deep respect for a proud craft passed down through generations of shoemakers. We have designed shoes in Copenhagen since 1997, producing in limited quantities so every pair lives up to our standards of quality, comfort and timeless design.
Carlo is a classic high-top lace-up shoe. The supple suede, the extra soft inner padding, and the outer edge stitching make Carlo a durable, supple and flexible shoe with an extraordinary comfort. The elegant leather soles, as well as the leather veneer heel, have been covered with a solid rubber sole that protects the soles. The shoe is detailed with stitching around the heel and foot and tone-on-tone laces.
