How to find your size
Stand on a piece of paper and mark a line behind your heel and in front of your longest toe. Measure the distance in cm, and measure both feet, as one is often slightly longer. Use the longer foot in the table.

Between two sizes? We recommend choosing the larger one. Measure at the end of the day, when feet are slightly larger.

Shipping
Your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM* ship the same day. Delivery in Denmark from DKK 45 to a pickup point or DKK 65 to your address. We also ship across Europe, to the US and Canada. Notabene Society members always enjoy free shipping.
Exchanges & returns
You have a full 14 day return period from the day you receive your shoes. Free exchange to another size or style - we cover the shipping. If you prefer a full refund, you cover the return shipping yourself. Simply create your case in our return portal and receive a QR code for your nearest parcel shop. Shoes feeling slightly tight? Send them back and we will stretch them for you free of charge.
